attended Oklahoma State University Okmulgee, learning under Earl Bain
began a bootmaking business with Bob McLean in Prescott
Began teaching saddlemaking at OSU in 1984. Took over bootmaking after Bain retired. Moved to Green Country Technology Center with the program in 2005.
Continued teaching at his own workshop after the program closed.
