Overstitch Wheel

hand tool in the form of a gear-like roller with pointed protrusions held on an axle mounted on a shaft set into a handle, used for marking regular stitch spacing by pricking holes on the surface of the material, especially leather, and to run over finished stitches

Overstitch wheels are very similar to pricking wheels, but typically have slightly blunter or wider teeth and smooth curves, rather than sharp angles, between teeth.

Over stitch wheels are also very similar in form and function to tracing wheels.
