Toe bugs are decorative designs stitched into the vamps of cowboy boots. They are frequently abstract or floral, echoing the paisley patterns common in shaft stitching, but may be of any design. Some can be used to distinguish the boots of particular makers.
Toe bugs may appear alongside or as single, continuous features with wrinkles.
