Shoe part. Toe wrinkles are parallel stitching lines across the vamps of western boots, above the balls of the feet. Wrinkles may encourage proper creasing of the vamp, as well as diminish the appearance of those creases.
Winkles often appear as single, continuous design features with toe bugs.
